Inverter operation & error codes
We check inverter readings, active error codes, and operational status. Early detection of inverter faults avoids costly downtime and lost generation.
Electrical testing
Insulation resistance testing, string and panel voltage checks, and short-circuit current measurements to verify your system is performing to specification.
Physical inspection
Visual check of panels, isolators, plugs, cable condition, roof penetrations, and corrosion. We also cross-reference against active equipment recalls.

Specialised panel cleaning
Panels are cleaned using a specialised solar brush with soft bristles and microfibre to remove dirt, dust, and debris without scratching the anti-reflective surface. Dirty panels can lose 15–25% of their output — regular cleaning directly protects your savings.
Thermal imaging
Infrared camera inspection detects hotspots, faulty cells, cracked glass, poor electrical connections, and concentrated soiling that are invisible to the naked eye. Hotspots — caused by shading, manufacturing defects, or damaged bypass diodes — lead to localised overheating and long-term degradation if left unchecked.
Note: any faults identified during servicing will be quoted separately before repairs are carried out.
